Scope
Lebi Tech Inc. (Technologie Lebi Inc. in French) is a Canadian game design and technology company. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with lebi.ca, our browser-playable games including Moon Dew Forest and Lantern Night Market, business and support email, and a Lebi game when it is accessed through a connected platform such as Facebook.
Information You Send to Us
The website does not submit a contact form to our server. If you email us for business, platform review, privacy, deletion, or player support, we receive the information in your email, such as your name, email address, company, game or account identifier, and message. Please do not send a password or access token.
Game Progress and Device Storage
A browser game may save game progress, completed objectives, pending results, language, audio preferences, settings, and similar gameplay state in local storage on your device. Local data remains in that browser profile unless the game clearly identifies a synchronization feature. You can remove local game data by clearing site data for game.lebi.ca in your browser; doing so may permanently reset progress and settings on that device.
Facebook Platform Information
When a Lebi game is run through Facebook, the game may access the Facebook app-scoped player ID and display name that Facebook makes available to the game. We use this information to initialize the player session, provide the connected experience, respond to support or deletion requests, and meet platform requirements. We do not receive your Facebook password. Facebook handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Optional Rewarded Advertising
A Lebi game may offer an optional rewarded video when that feature is enabled on Facebook. If you choose to view one, the game asks Facebook to load and display the ad using a configured placement ID. Facebook may process platform, device, account, and ad-interaction information to deliver and measure the ad under its own terms and privacy policy. Lebi Tech Inc. does not receive your Facebook password or operate the advertising network.
Website Delivery and Analytics
Our hosting, security, and content-delivery providers process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser or device type, requested URL, referring page, date and time, and security events. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page use and performance without using cookies or local storage to identify visitors. The site also requests typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives the technical information needed to deliver those files. Cloudflare security features may use cookies that are strictly necessary to protect the service.
How We Use Information
We use information to deliver gameplay and remember local progress and preferences; support platform integration, optional rewards, and review; respond to business, verification, privacy, deletion, and support requests; maintain security and service reliability; diagnose errors and performance; comply with law; and protect users, our services, and our rights. If a game later activates additional analytics, cloud saves, rankings, or social features, we will provide an updated or game-specific notice before those features are used where required.
Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell or rent personal information. We disclose information only as needed to service providers that support hosting, security, analytics, email, customer support, and platform integration; to a connected platform such as Facebook when you use that platform; when required by law; or when necessary to protect users, our services, and our rights. Providers are permitted to process information only for the applicable service or as otherwise allowed by law.
Processing Outside Québec
Some service providers and connected platforms operate in other provinces or countries. As a result, information may be processed outside Québec or Canada and may be subject to the laws of the place where it is processed. We select providers and use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and service.
Retention and Deletion
Local game data remains on the device until you clear it or the game removes it. We retain emails and other personal information under our control only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, provide the service, document platform or legal compliance, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. We then delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it. Technical records held by a provider are retained under the provider configuration and applicable service terms. Your Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access or correction, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or request deletion. We may need limited information to verify your identity before completing a request. Email the Privacy Officer at [email protected]. You may also raise a concern with the privacy regulator that applies to your situation.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. A higher minimum age may apply where required by local law or by the connected platform. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in email or support requests.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our games, platform features, providers, or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the latest version. If a change materially affects how we handle information, we will provide additional notice where required.
