Request Deletion

You may ask Lebi Tech Inc. (Technologie Lebi Inc. in French) to delete personal information associated with your use of a Lebi game, application, website, or platform-integrated service. Send your request to [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”

Delete Local Browser Game Data

Moon Dew Forest and other browser builds may store progress and settings locally on your device. You can remove this data by clearing the stored site data for game.lebi.ca in your browser settings. This action may permanently reset local progress and cannot be undone by Lebi Tech Inc. Clearing local data does not by itself delete information held by Facebook or information you previously sent to us by email.

What to Include

1. Your full name and the email address or account identifier associated with the service.
2. The name of the Lebi game, application, or service connected to your request.
3. If your request relates to Facebook Login, your Facebook app-scoped user ID, if available.
4. Enough context for us to identify the relevant account or data. Do not send a password or access token.

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your request and may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity and locate the relevant data. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize personal information under our control that is associated with your request, subject to any limited retention described below. We will confirm when the request has been completed or explain if we need more information.

Requests Through Facebook

If you connected a Lebi service through Facebook, you can also remove the service from the “Apps and Websites” section of your Facebook settings. If Facebook displays an option to request deletion of information shared with the service, follow the on-screen instructions. Removing the service from Facebook and clearing browser storage are separate actions. You may still contact us directly at [email protected].

Limited Retention

We may retain limited information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users and services, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or document that a deletion request was completed. Any retained information will remain restricted and will not be used for ordinary game or service operations.
